The country house “I Nidi di Cortona” is surrounded by the country, placed in the little rural village of San Marco in Villa (sec. XIV) at the bottom of the hill of Cortona which is a beautiful Etruscan village sited in the south of Tuscany.

The guests can fully relish the quiet of the country life and can easily reach historical and artistical centers of Central Italy thanks to its strategic position. It is perfect starting point to make a trip by walk, by bicycle or by horse following the numerous paths that go across the country and the hill.

The house is surrounded by a green and wide garden provided with benches, deckchairs, swing, hammock and exterior lighting. Different species of birds nest amid firs, cypresses and forest trees and their twittering enlivens the surrounding quiet.

The villa is provided by a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) equipped with hydromassage jet and upstream swimming. Private car park. Bicycles to go for a ride and a pond for sports fishing. Nearness you can find riding track, sports facilities, tennis court and car rental with the opportunity to have guided tour.
